Large company means large projects — and as an apprentice you get to work on them properly, not just sweep up. Structured mentorship, clear progression milestones, and they actually track your development. Management is transparent and the safety culture is excellent.

Nothing special, nothing terrible. You'll finish your apprenticeship and get your ticket but don't expect to be pushed or inspired. Work-life balance is decent which is more than most can say. Big company so you can feel lost at times.
