Spent the first six months doing grunt work — trench digging, pipe runs — nothing that actually teaches you the trade. When I asked about training they kept pushing it back. Pay is at minimum for apprentices. Got my ITO sorted eventually but no thanks to management.

Genuinely one of the best decisions I made. Good money from day one, experienced tradespeople who actually want to teach you, and a company that treats apprentices like real team members.
